All cancellations must be in writing. A refund of the Conference fee, minus a $100 service charge, will be given for cancellations received by 11:59 pm on Friday, January 8, 2021. After this date no refunds will be issued. We regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows. We are unable to make any exceptions to the above policies. Thank you for understanding.
Substitutions are welcomed. No refunds will be granted for requests received after 11:59 pm on Friday, January 8, 2021. Submit requests to email@example.com.
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the event and onsite. One substitution per original registrant.

A: The content will be available on-demand for 6 months following the conference dates, for all registered participants. All pre-recorded sessions will be released on January 27, 2021, and live sessions will take place between January 19-22, 2021.

Q: What do I need to attend the virtual conference?
A: To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, computer, and a valid registration. All of the conference workshops, plenary sessions, and general sessions will be on the Zoom Webinar platform or Remo.co webinar platform. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as internet browsers. For the networking events, it is recommended to turn on your camera and use a headset with a microphone.
Q: How can I ask questions at the virtual conference?
A: All of the conference workshops, plenary sessions, and general sessions will feature live Q&A.
