About this Speaker

Early Care & Education Pathways to Success (ECEPTS) is dedicated to advancing the rigorous professional development and economic well-being of those who teach, nurture and support young children and families. As Executive Director, Dr. Wolfe's leadership reflects 14 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale ECE workforce development initiatives, engaging diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., ECE, workforce development, institutions of higher education), and advancing systemic efforts to strengthen the impact of ECE and family support. Before moving to California in 2007, Wolfe was an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at Northern Illinois University for 10 years. She has an Ed.M. from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
